Basic Requirements

The following are extremely important and most basic requirements that one must meet in order to gain admission into Canada. Individuals may be inadmissible on any one of the following grounds, defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Immigration and Protection Regulations:
