The temporary business visa allows business people to enter American territory in view of a short stay.
The maximum duration of a stay in the United States must be of six (6) months and, exceptionally,
twelve (12) months. Therefore, one must clearly state his intention of returning in Canada.
However this visa does not allow you to earn money in the United States.
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSIBILITY:
- Be a citizen from foreign country admissible in the United States
- Visit the United States for a specific and limited period of time not exceeding six months.
- Respect the itinerary you gave to the Immigration Officer.
- The person entering the United States can not earn any American Money during the stay other than travel allowances. Which means that the person must be paid by the foreign company.
- This visa does not apply for goods sold to the individuals. It can only be obtain for commercial activities done with a commercial entity.
