Employment Based Green Card

There are many classifications in which US permanent residency (green card) can be obtained. Our team of immigration lawyers and consultants can assist you with Employment Based classifications. These classifications include L-1A transferees and applicants of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. The L-1A visa allows key employees of foreign companies to be transferred to the US to work and these employees are then able to apply for US permanent residence for themselves and their families. These types of visas do not require the approval of the US Department of Labor since these employees are considered key employees of the company and essential to the success of the foreign company in the United States.

Applicants of extraordinary ability do not have to have a specific job offer but are required to have extensive documentation showing sustained national or international acclaim and recognition in their field of expertise.
