Required IELTS English Scores for Immigrating to Canada

In most cases, when you apply to immigrate to Canada through the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Skilled Trades Program, the Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program you are required to take an English test. This test will determine whether you will be able to apply for immigration or not. Below are the minimum required points for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Skilled Trades Program and the Canadian Experience Class. Based on the immigration program which you are applying to, a different minimum level of proficiency will be required.
