Sponsor Your Spouse
Sponsor your Spouse to the US – We can help!
If you are a U.S. citizens or green card holder who is married or planning to marry a non-US citizen and you wish to bring your spouse or fiancé into the U.S. to live, you may submit an application to sponsor your spouse for permanent residence (green card). In order to sponsor your spouse, you must be able to prove that your relationship is genuine and that you did not get married solely for the purposes of immigration. Proving a relationship is genuine is a difficult task but we can help.
Our team of immigration lawyers and consultants will provide you and your spouse with unlimited free consultations. We will answer any questions you may have about how to sponsor your spouse and be with you every step of the immigration process. We will first complete an assessment of your family and your individual circumstances to determine whether you qualify to sponsor your spouse and what options are available to you. We will provide you with a checklist of documents that you will need in order to apply and to prove that your relationship is genuine. We also do follow-ups and will even assist you in preparation for your immigration interview.
It is important to note that every situation is different and the application process will vary based on where you were married, where your spouse is originally from and many other factors. Additionally, if you are not yet married, you will need to decide where to have the ceremony and you may need to obtain a fiancé visa which will allow your future spouse to come to the US to marry you. We can provide you with the tools you need to make the best decisions for your family. Contact our office to find out how you can sponsor your spouse to the United States.
