U.S. Waivers

Mistakes from your past may prevent you from entering the U.S. There are numerous reasons why a person may be denied entry. If you have committed a crime, you are inadmissible to enter the United States. Illegal entrants and immigration violators are also inadmissible to enter the U.S. For these people and others, a U.S. Waiver of Inadmissibility is required in order to allow you to enter the United States.

If you have been refused entry or know that you will be refused if and when you try to enter the United States, there is a solution to your problem. You must convince the American authorities that you are rehabilitated and would no longer present a danger to the American public. Your application for a US waiver must be presented in the most favorable light possible.

Please note: American authorities do not recognize a Pardon from Canada or any other country. Even if you were granted a Pardon for your crime(s) many years ago, you will still need a US waiver to enter the United States.
